Cancellation policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we require a proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged for shipping costs no more than once (this includes returns); no restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is finalized.
