How can I place an order?

To place an order:

1. Add the desired items to your cart.

You will be redirected to the customer information page, where you must enter the following details:

• Name

• Address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount code" field on the right side and click "Apply".

Then click "Continue to shipping" and verify that your delivery address is correct. Then click "Continue to payment".

Enter your payment details and confirm the order by clicking "Complete order".

After completion, you will receive an order confirmation on the screen and also via email.

What to do if items are missing or incorrectly delivered?

Please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number (#Order).

Also include photographic proof (file size smaller than 1 MB).

We will resend the correct item at no cost. Incorrectly delivered items do not need to be returned — you may keep them.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and all details.
